Section 11
Delegation of Responsibilities and Powers
(1) Except as otherwise provided in this Act or the rules made under this Act, all other powers shall be vested in the Assembly.
(2) The Assembly shall, in this Act or the rules made under this Act, He may delegate all or some of his powers to the Executive Council, Academic Council and other officials or to the committees established as prescribed.
